Present Indefinite Tense (Simple Present Tense)
Present Indefinite Tense, যাকে সাধারণত Simple Present Tense বলা হয়, ইংরেজি ব্যাকরণের একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অংশ। এটি মূলত বর্তমান সময়ের নিয়মিত কাজ, অভ্যাস এবং সাধারণ সত্য প্রকাশ করতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
Present Indefinite Tense কী?
যে Tense দ্বারা বর্তমান সময়ের নিয়মিত কাজ, অভ্যাস বা সাধারণ সত্য প্রকাশ করা হয় তাকে Present Indefinite Tense বলে।

Present Indefinite Tense এর গঠন (Structure)
✅ Positive Sentence
Subject + Verb (s/es) + Object
উদাহরণ:

He plays football.

❌ Negative Sentence
Subject + do/does + not + Verb (base form) + Object
উদাহরণ:

I do not play cricket.

She does not like tea.
Interrogative Sentence (প্রশ্নবোধক বাক্য)
Do/Does + Subject + Verb (base form) + ?

Present Indefinite Tense এর ব্যবহার
১. দৈনন্দিন অভ্যাস বোঝাতে

I wake up early.

They go to school daily.
২. সাধারণ সত্য প্রকাশে

Water boils at 100°C.

The earth moves around the sun.
৩. সময়সূচি বা রুটিন বোঝাতে

The train leaves at 9 AM.
Verb এর সাথে s/es যোগ করার নিয়ম

সাধারণত Verb এর শেষে s যোগ হয়।

Verb যদি o, ch, sh, ss, x দিয়ে শেষ হয় তবে es যোগ হয়।
